From March 4 to 6, if you are looking for What To Do after playing on the snow, the Town of Avon will rock with music from the Snowball Music Festival to be held at Nottingham Park by the lake. The lineup looks strong with Pretty Lights, Bassnectar, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros and local Vail Valley based band The Bonfire Dub confirmed on the lineup. Being a three-day festival the event organizers will add more bands and hopefully a few bigger headliners.
Pretty Lights sold out Red Rocks Amphitheatre this summer and has been one of the hotest selling tickets across the country. The Beaver Creek Resort Company has free parking lots located at the base of the ski area. There are overflow lots and the rodeo area that could be used to park and transport festival attendees.
