The Vail calendar of events is full this weekend and continuing into Monday – the birthday of Martin Luther King. After the outdoor activities and watching the Beaver Creek Locals’ Championship Races, see the musical “Spring Awakening” in Beaver Creek. Look for the Reindeer on the Beaver Creek Mall – they’re visiting in the afternoon. Over in Vail, there is an exhibit of life-sized Polar Bear snow sculptures along the Gore Creek Promenade.
