Fresh Approach is a pilot program of Brush Creek Elementary School in Eagle Colorado. It features a made-from-scratch approach, which is a new preparation method paired with healthy changes like eliminating “junk foods” – cooking entrees and side dishes from scratch. Paired with vegetables from the school’s greenhouse, the students enjoy the fresh fruit and salad bar. It is an innovative new program of Eagle County Schools in the Vail valley.
