Sage Outdoor Adventures Snowmobiling
Sage Outdoor Adventures operates a variety of snowmobile trips based at 4 Eagle Ranch in Wolcott, 20 minutes from Vail or Beaver Creek. There are over 2,000 acres of private land with plenty of open meadows, fun creek-side riding and plenty of photo opportunities. Learn-to-ride guided trips are among our specialties. Sage has found that some of the barriers to participation in snowmobiling are noise, smell, and fear of machines. So they have solved ALL of these by using 2011 Ski Doo 4-stroke snowmobiles that are very quiet, have the same emissions as a very small automobile, and are very easy to ride. Couple these futuristic snowmobiles with trained guides, fun training courses, and you have the perfect Family Vacation! For experienced riders, Sage also has a great rental program that accesses countless miles of public land. We give you the full safety talk and then ride with you for 15 minutes to get you going — then off you go with maps to explore the trails. Add in the free snowshoe trip, free sledding/tubing hill and even Segways-on-snow rentals and you have the best, newest winter play site in the Vail/Beaver Creek area.
