SANTA'S WORKSHOP CONTINUES THURSDAY AT LA TOUR IN VAIL VILLAGE Photos With Santa, Crafts, Arts, Gift Making and More

Children share their wish lists with Santa during the Dec. 2 workshop.
The Vail Recreation District (VRD) will offer its second free Santa’s Workshop from 3 to 6 p.m. tomorrow (12-9) at La Tour restaurant in Vail Village. Tomorrow’s workshop will include a reading of the story Gingerbread Baby, decorating holiday gingerbread cookies, creating gingerbread house photo frames, gingerbread ornaments and gingerbread charm bracelets, plus making a holiday card to be sent to local and regionally-hospitalized children.

The workshops are free for children ages two to 10 and their families and each workshop includes pictures with Santa, children’s gift making, holiday treat making, ornament making and more. The workshops are part of the annual Holidays in Vail celebration presented by the Town of Vail with the final two scheduled as follows:

Workshop will feature decorating tree cookies and making jingle bell frames, reindeer ornaments and jingle bell charm bracelets, plus making a holiday card.

1 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 23- Vail Marriott Resort and Spa in LionsHead
Story: The Night Before Christmas
Workshop will include decorating Christmas trees snacks, creating holiday frames, stocking ornaments and Santa charm bracelets, writing a letter to Santa and making a holiday card.
