Bring out the lederhosen, zip up the dirndls and toast your steins to: Oktoberfest! The yearly festival of beer, music and autumn returns to Vail September 10-12 and 17-19. It’s a party with dancing. The Town of Vail will host two full weekends (that’s six incredible days) of oom-pah parties, lively activities and traditional German fare in Vail, Colorado. Listen to and sing along with Bavarian tunes and compete in crowd favorites like the Klement’s bratwurst-eating contest, Beck’s keg bowling, yodeling, and alpenhorn blowing. It’s all part of the local Bavarian fun.
