RACE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT RUNNING RACE, EARTH DAY EXPO POSTPONED UNTIL JUNE 12

The race was originally scheduled for 10 a.m. Sunday, May 2. Those registered will have a choice to either have their race entry fees refunded or be transferred to the June 12 race. Costs are $25 per adult in advance or $10 per child and pre-registration is available until Thursday, June 10 by clicking here or calling the Vail Recreation District (VRD) at 970-479-2280. Day-of registration will be available until 9:45 a.m. and will cost $30 per adult or $10 per child. All net proceeds will benefit Shaklee Cares, a charitable organization that helps people directly affected by natural disasters and emergencies. Local Shaklee Independent Distributors will make a donation in each racer’s name to the Eagle River Watershed Council for Vail area reforestation.
