Vail Colorado's Zacca Za helps send BMHS ProStart High School Chefs to National Competition

The Battle Mountain High School ProStart Culinary Team of Vail, Colorado would like invite you to ZaccaZa! to enjoy a wonderful dinner.

Congratulations to the ProStart team, who took 1st place at the State Invitational in Denver earlier this spring. The ProStart Program is a vocational education program designed by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation.  The goal is to provide training and scholarship opportunities for future hospitality industry workers. Students compete at the state level in a very rigorous culinary competition.  The winning team advances to the ProStart National Invitational and competes for over one million dollars in scholarship money. This year the state champions, BMHS ProStart team, will travel to Kansas City, MO and compete from April 30^th-May 2^nd. They would appreciate any cash or merchandise donations for the silent auction.  No amount is too small.  Your donation is tax deductible and can be made directly to the Battle Mountain High School ProStart team.
