Umami Seminar “Wine and Food in Balance” 9:30 -  11am at Vail Marriott Mountain Resort

Mountain Top Picnic with access via Eagle Bahn Express Gondola 12:30 – 3pm

Chef Showcase Dinner and Live Auction 6 – 10pm at Lodge at Vail
