Belgian Beer Luncheon Featuring Stella Artois

Chef Daniel Joly of Stella Artois and Mirabelle Restaurant will work with two local Taste of Vail chefs to create a three course lunch that will pair Stella Artois, Leffe and Hoegaarden with award winning food. The Cucina Rustica “is the epitome of alpine warmth”, serving breakfast and dinner throughout the winter months. At this luncheon, guests will experience a tasting and cooking journey with Belgian beers, Stella Artois, Leffe and Hoegaarden. A native of Belgium, Chef Joly will explain the perfect way to enjoy Belgian beer from the importance of glassware to proper pouring and tasting techniques.
