Snow is falling and more is forecast for your early season vacation in Vail Colorado

In the last 24 hours, Vail has seen 3 inches of new snow at Wildwood on top of Vail Mountain, and it’s still falling steadily. Early skiing is getting better as you read this. When you’ve gotten your fill of skiing or snowboarding for the day at Vail, wander over to LionsHead and skate around at the new Arrabelle at Vail Square skating rink. It’s a social place to be and fun to glide around as snowflakes start falling on your head. There are great places to stop for coffee or hot chocolate, restaurants for casual or elegant dinners, and views of Vail Mountain. Transportation around Vail is easy to and from LionsHead on the free bus system.
