If you didn’t get to the recent qualifying classes for Merchant Ski Passes, you can still sign up for the Platinum Service Program and save some cash. Train, Evaluate & Recognize great customer service at your business with Destination Experience, the Platinum Service Program (PSP). PSP will help businesses establish customer service expectations, set goals and reward outstanding service by providing mystery shopper evaluations to participating businesses. These evaluations will offer detailed feedback on the guest’s perception of your business in order to help you identify areas for improvement and opportunities to celebrate exceptional guest experiences. Participants will receive at least 8 mystery shops over the course of the winter season. At the end of the season, businesses that score well will be identified and recognized as Platinum Service Award winners by the Vail Valley Partnership.
