Alpine Mobile Physicians continues to be involved with administering Flu Vaccines to Lodge and Hotel workers around the Vail community. It is our view that this is the best step for Hospitality Industry. We consider hotel workers in a Resort Community to be not far behind hospital workers in their exposure to worldwide diseases through their exposure to worldwide travelers. Early on this spring in the H1N1 outbreak a recommendation was circling advising against going to the doctor for minor manifestations of the disease. This was an effort to minimize spread of the disease by minimizing travel to (and additional exposures inherent) the doctors office, clinic, ER environments.
