Hey, it’s today! On Wednesday, August 19, from 5 to 7PM, the Vail Valley Partnership presents Business After Hours Mixer. The monthly event will take place at Home and Hearth Outfitters in Edwards. Home and Hearth Outfitters is located at 5 Murray Road Unit C-4 in Edwards: Heading west on Highway 6, take your first left after the main Edwards light (on Fox Hollow Rd.) – then take your second right on Murray to Building C.
Before the planes start landing again on the new airport runway, go take a look on foot or on your bike. On Wednesday August 26, from 5 to 8PM, it’s: Romp the Runway: Eagle County Airport Reopening Celebration, Eagle County Airport between Eagle and Gypsum. There’ll be a 5K Run/Walk, the Eagle 9000 Bicycle Races, Kids’ Chalk Drawing Contest, Obstacle Course, live music by Hardscrabble and food and drink.
