Chef Waldy Malouf: BBQ Shrimp Skewers with Jalapeno & Red Onion Relish and spicy Citrus Fennel Slaw.

A guided hike with the experts of the Beaver Creek Hiking Center for all ability levels. Reward yourself with a wine pairing luncheon at Spago with Sommelier Sean Razee and Chef Mark Ferguson.
Wine Luncheon - $75
12-2:30pm Spago at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch
Hosted by the Vail Valley’s only Master Sommelier Sean Razee, enjoy four courses prepared by Spago’s Chef Mark Ferguson paired with wines and spirits.
Culinary Demo Series - Free
5-6pm Bon Appetit Tent (on Plaza behind BC Sports)
Learn from Beaver Creek Chophouse’s Chef Jay McCarthy, and enjoy wines or cocktails in Beaver Creek’s outdoor kitchen. Open to the public, but space fills up quickly. First come, first served.
Wine Dinner - $125
