The Minturn Saloon is a gem with local history for Vail vacationers to discover. Written up in Esquire Magazine as one of the great American bars to visit, “The Saloon” is located alongside the Eagle River in a 1901 building that hearkens back to its mining and railroad days. Generous amounts of Mexican food and cozy fireplace in the bar. Outdoor deck for kicking back along the river in summer.
