Funafar.com is ready for some excellent food and will head to Matthew’s Restaurant of Edwards for a treat this snowy week. With the seafood offerings, we’ll pretend there’s a beach nearby.
Chef will present some new ideas from the Taste of Vail event. He wants to share Lobster Tail that just came in with you. It’s been so long since I’ve had lobster that this is great news.
Thursday is Prime Rib Night ~ $28 for Salad, Entree and Dessert.
Friday Happy Hour in the Bar! 5 things $5. Well Martinis, Wines, Tuna Nachos, Mussels and Infusions. Brent Gordon will play the sax the way only he can do and sing to us from 5:30 to 7ish.
Saturday is King Crab Night. $35 for Salad, King Crab Entree and Dessert -
