U.S.-Russia Relations:
Can This Marriage Be Saved?
Dr. Rose Gottemoeller
Relations between former Presidents Putin and Bush marked the lowest point in U.S.-Russian relations since the fall of the Soviet Union. Dr. Rose Gottemoeller, an expert on defense and nuclear issues in Russia and former Soviet states will highlight the hotspots in U.S.-Russian relations from non-proliferation and arms control, to threats to Europe including Afghanistan and Iran.
