Follow “Annie” on her quest to find a home. Along the way, she endures the bullying of Miss Hannigan at the orphanage, earns the companionship of the sweet-natured pup Sandy, learns about the trials of people made homeless because of the Great Depression (“Hooverville”) and finds herself in the palatial home of Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks for the Christmas holidays. Despite constant plot twists and attempts by others to derail her plans, “Annie” ultimately finds a home and a loving family.
