The Vail Athletic Club is home to Vail’s only indoor climbing wall. Beginning and experienced climbers develop increased strength, flexibility and awareness when solving movement problems. Wall routes are changed on a weekly basis to make your time on the climbing wall the mental challenge missing in most fitness routines. Try daily lead climbing, top roping and bouldering or rent the wall for team building and private parties. Group and private instruction is available for all ages and levels. Hours are 6am–9pm Mon-Fri; 7am–9pm Sat. and Sun.
