Vail Nature Center for the Family
The kids will love the freedom here. The Vail Nature Center is along the Gore Creek in the heart of Vail. The seven acres of forest, meadow and stream is a locals’ and visitors’ favorite. It offers educational and fun programs, both at the Nature Center and out in the wild mountain country that surrounds us. It is easy to reach, across Gore Creek from the Betty Ford Alpine Garden and the Ford Amphitheater. Kids and grownups can visit the birds and wildflowers that abound in summer and see how life goes on in winter.
